Summer U-picks are now available !
Looking for a fun outdoor activity to do over the summer with your family and friends ? U-picks season is here and we hope you’re just as excited as we are !
What could be better than picking fresh fruits harvested with love from local farms while having some quality time with your loved ones ? The answer is simple ; nothing can be better than that !
Except visiting the Dieppe (on Fridays from 4 pm to 6 pm, or on Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm) and Shediac Market, every Sunday from (9 am to 2 pm), of course !
U-pick season goes by fast, so don’t miss your chance to take advantage of the beautiful weather and delicious products ! We promise you won’t be disappointed!
Now, here are some of the reasons that make U-picks so wonderful :
1 - It's a unique, fun and stress-free activity allowing you to take a break and get rid of all the stress you have accumulated during the week while enjoying some fresh air and local delicacies !
2 - It gives the opportunity to express your love for local products : Local farmers put a lot of love in their work and we have so many interesting and great things to learn from them and their work. Going directly to the source gives you the opportunity to create a special bond with them and truly show your appreciation.
3 - It’s healthy : What’s healthier than fresh local fruits and vegetables ? Plus, you can get creative and make all kinds of recipes with your freshly picked goodies, like summer homemade pies, fruit salads, fresh pressed juices and smoothies !
Afraid of picking too many fruits? Don’t worry, you can always freeze them to get a true taste of summer during winter time !

- La Ferme Pouce Vert : Strawberry (July-November)
- Les Serres Hachés : Raspberries (end of July)
- Les Petits Fruits De Pré-D'en-Haut : Strawberries (Early July), Raspberries (mid July), Blueberries (end of July)
- Harper’s Raspberry U-Pick : U-pick raspberries, gooseberries, rhubarb and currants (mid July to ate August)
- Poirier Strawberry U-pick : Strawberries and tomatoes
- La Ferme Michaud : Strawberries (early July)
