Virtual Market - This week improvements !
The entire team has been working continuously on improving our online ordering system as well as the Drive-Thru processes. We've learnt so much over the past two weeks and here's how we're using that learning to constantly improve.
Here’s what’s new this week:
- A new ordering platform has been created. This should solve the connection problems encountered by some of our customers and ease the ordering process in itself.
- Orders will be assembled before the arrival of the customer which will speed up the orders pick-up process. You will no longer need to stop at each vendor.
- 15 minutes time slots have been implemented. The amount of customers who can select a time slot will be limited in order to optimize the orders distribution and prevent long waits.
- A text messaging system has also been implemented. When you arrive, you’ll be able to park near Place 1604 and we will notify you by text message when your order is ready for pick up ensuring fast and efficient pick up service.
